On 31st May 2019, Keryn Broughton  and Te Aroha Hohaia will have completed their terms as Trustees, this will result in two vacancies on the Board.

The Minister of Finance is charged with the responsibility of appointing Trustees, and each year the Minister invites the TSB Community Trust to put forward nominations of suitable people to be considered for appointment as a Trustee. The Trust may make recommendations to the Minister. As well as seeking nominations from the TSB Community Trust, the Minister can also receive nominations directly from any other interested party.

To assist the Minister to identify suitable individuals for possible consideration as Trustees, expressions of interest on a confidential basis are welcomed from members of the Taranaki community. TSB Community Trust is looking to diversify its board and encourages individuals with a strong knowledge of tikanga and connections to iwi networks to apply.

As well as the above, well developed social sector knowledge is required for at least one of these positions.

Experience in the area of Impact Investing would also be an advantage.
