Annual Grant
Criteria
The set of standards or conditions which must be met in order for you or your organisation to qualify for a grant
Eligibility
Whether your group meets the Criteria which must be met in order for you or your organisation to qualify for a grant.
Expression of Interest
A formal indication that you are interested in applying for an Over $50,000 grant for your organisation. Any organisation wanting to apply for an Over $50,000 Grant must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). The EOI process closes on April 15th each year. Groups that have not had an EOI approved are not eligible to apply for an Over $50,000 Grant for that project. Expressions of Interest must be made on the correct EOI form. These are available from the Trust Office only.

Pledged Grant
Special, Staged and Touring Production Grants can be ‘pledged’ dependant on certain conditions being met. When a grant is pledged the applicant has one year to fulfil all conditions and uplift the grant. Applicants can apply to the Trust for an extension of the one year uplift criteria if the project is likely to proceed in the following six months.
Procedure
A written series of steps which explain how to carry out a task.
