Content Format Source Types of Grants With the exception of Touring production Grants, eligible groups can submit an application for ONE of the following Types of Grants in any one financial year: Annual Grants Special Grants Individual Grants Touring Production Grants Annual Grants May be granted annually to groups who meet the Trust's Gen eral Grant Criteria Are for an amount set by the Trust Annual Grants Under $10,000 may be used at the group's discretion Annual Grants Over $10,000 are granted for specific agreed purposes which support the Trust's Programme Funding Areas, and will be reassessed by the Trust every three years. Will not be granted in the same financial year as a Special Grant If your group/ organisation has not received an Annual Grant before and want to apply for one: Click Here for an Application Form [WORD] Click Here for an Application Form [PDF] If your group/ organisation has received an Annual Grant in the past two years and want to apply again: Click Here for an Application Form [WORD] Click Here for an Application Form [PDF] If you want to apply for a new Annual Grant Over $10,000 please contact the Trust Office to discuss. Special Grants (Under $50,000 and Over $50,000) May be granted for an activity or project, to groups who meet the Trust's General Grant Criteria Are for an amount greater than the group can expect to receive for an Annual Grant Will be assessed against the Trust's Strategic Programme Area Funding Policies (if over $5,000) You can only apply for this grant once every three years (with the exception of Jubilee Grants) Will not be granted in the same financial year as an Annual Grant Jubilee Grants - may be granted to community organisations towards 25th, 50th, 75th, 100th Jubilees etc. A Jubilee Grant does not affect your organisation's ability to apply for a general Special Grant once every three years. Only organisations with an approved Expression of Interest will be invited to apply for a Special Grant Over $50,000 in August PLEASE NOTE: Not all organisations are eligible to submit an Expression of Interest for an Over $50,000 Grant - once you have read the General Grant Criteria check the Trust's Strategic Programme Funding Area Policies to find out whether your organisation and project might be eligible Once you've checked the above then contact the Trust Office to discuss your project and eligibility and if eligible, make an appointment to meet our staff and pick up an EOI form For further information read the EOI Information Sheet and EOI Frequently Asked Questions Accountability Forms Accountability Forms must be completed for all Special Grants Over $20,000. Forms are sent with your original grant letter. If for any reason your group/ organisation requires another copy of the Accountability Form C lick Here Individual Grants May be granted to individuals who meet the Trust's General Grant Criteria Are for an amount set by the Trust Will only be made to an applicant once per financial year If you want to apply for an Individual Grant Click Here for an Application Form (WORD) or Click Here for an Application Form (PDF) Touring Production Grants May be granted towards the presentation of a production in Taranaki from outside the region, that would otherwise not take place, for an amount of up to $20,000 Applications may only be made by the Venue hosting the production May be granted as a; direct Grant, a Pledge (to be paid when specific conditions are met), or an Underwrite (subject to income and expenditure post event) Are not limited to one application per financial year - applications may be submitted as required If you want to apply for a Touring Production Grant please contact the Trust Office to discuss.
