Kia ora - Welcome to TSB Community Trust

The TSB Community Trust was formed in 1988 as a charitable trust, the owner and sole shareholder of TSB Bank Limited.

As the sole shareholder of TSB Bank, each year the Trust receives a dividend from the Bank that it can distribute towards “charitable, cultural, philanthropic, recreational and other purposes beneficial to the community, principally in Taranaki".

In 2009 the Trust developed a STRATEGIC PLAN. 

To help make our communities better places for everyone to live and ensure a balance between areas of community need, the TSB Community Trust’s new Strategic Plan identifies nine key programme funding areas.

From April 2009 all applications requesting funding over $5,000 will be assessed against these Strategic Objectives.  The applicant will need to describe how their project will meet these objectives and provide evidence to support how they will meet the objectives.
